We are looking for a Health & Safety administrator to help support our Health & Safety Manager to achieve excellent safety, health, environment and quality standards across the business through the management systems and continuous improvements


Core Responsibilities:

H&S

  • Training maintenance of TNA, filing certificates etc.
  • Meeting minutes
  • KPI's monthly scoring
  • KPI's weekly returns
  • Maintenance of notice boards
  • Uploading inspection reports into tracker & ensuring actions are closed
  • Follow up with line managers to obtain relevant information for things such as incident investigations and assist H&S manager with site audits
  • Provide support in delivering and implementing SHEQ standards in relation to document control
  • Recording of safety observations and forwarding where required
  • Maintaining induction records
  • Toolbox talk records / tracking

Quality & Compliance

  • QMS form management
  • Manage NCR log
  • Accreditation maintenance
  • Assist with internal audits in support of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & H&S compliance


For the Health and Safety Administrator role we need some one with some understanding of Health and Safety and previous experience in an administration position that can join the team and hit the ground running.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 07.00am pm (40 hours per week)
