Description
We are pleased to assist our valued client who is an industry-leading telematics company based in Coventry.We are looking for an experienced 1st line support desk technician to join their busy Operations team, providing first class customer support withnew and exciting clients.
In this critical position, you will become an expert on all of their products to provide the highest level of customer service.
With a desire to succeed, the successful applicant can expect to grow and develop a wide range of skillswithin this role.
- Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong timemanagement abilities
- Have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills as part of an excellent customer service skill set
- Be able to work successfully within a team, share important customer information, work closely with other departments, and support colleagues
- Be knowledgeable of Microsoft software, particularly with an intermediate understand of Excel
- Have either strong experience in customer support or a strong knowledge of computing such as a relevant degree
Our client is offering 20 days holiday on top of bank holidays and a company pension scheme with a competitive salary for this exciting role, based in their Coventry office working 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
