From £10.75 per hour and £79 sleep in rate (higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) which equates to an average salary of £31,340 per year

Full time and part time options available

Novalis Trust is a progressive charity working with children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties many of whom have had Adverse Childhood Experiences.

The Adult Support Worker role is based at Paradise House, a residential home for people aged 18-65.

Adult Support workers have a crucial role in the home:

Establishing key support relationships with the residents
Giving them the care, guidance and support they need to thrive

What we are looking for:

Some experience of working with people in a personcentred way is desirable but not essential.
An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help
Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable
