They set out with the aim of building a business which approached recruitment differently; by treating their team as adults and givingthem the autonomy to manage their own desks.

Now with 20 employees, they have built a boutique search business focused on portfolio & equity houses and high growth businesses, across Executive Search, Finance, Technology, Commercial and HR.

We are looking for an experienced commercial consultant to join our ever-growing team. The commercial team currently consists of; a managing consultant, 1 junior consultant and 1 researcher. We are now looking for an experienced consultant to manage themid-senior market.


Your role will include:


  • Using a 360 approach to managing your own desk
  • Bringing an innovative method to winning new business
  • Developing and nurturing your professional network, attending events and having F2F meetings whenever possible
  • Crossselling your colleagues specialisms
  • An existing network of commercial, sales & marketing professionals
  • A minimum of 2 years working in agency or in house
  • A strong billing track record
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ambition, with an appetite for learning and personal improvement
  • A drive to continuously improve and be the best at your job
