Superior Healthcare, a reputable healthcare agency, is seeking dedicated Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to become part of our dynamic team.

With over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living houses, and learning disability placements in Broadstairs and the surrounding areas, we offer a diverse and rewarding work experience.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker with Superior Healthcare, you will:

  • Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients
  • Adhere to care plans and risk assessments to meet clients' unique needs
  • Assist in the administration of medication
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Establish effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of paid experience as a carer or support worker in the UK
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours of work per week
  • Access to your own vehicle is preferred; public transport users welcome if you are happy to travel as far as Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury.

Preferred Qualifications (but not essential):


  • Previous experience in care homes with older individuals
  • Previous experience working with persons with dementia
