The Role
Our PA branch are actively recruiting for Carpenter / multi to join our successful and dedicated team.

Ideally you will be placed in North and East London area however you must have the flexibility to cover in other areas depending on operational demands.

Our PA contract runs an optional out of hours emergency service. - Company van provided for work purposes - 21 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off (or the nearest Friday/Monday, if it falls on a weekend) - Sick pay - Up to 30 working days a year full pay - Pay review every January - 26 weeks full pay maternity leave - 8 weeks full pay paternity leave - Discounted gym memberships at national and local gyms - Up to £3,000 colleague referral fee - Other benefits including dental care, private healthcare, cycle-to-work scheme, mobile phone provider discounts & more

The Project
Fortem's partnership with PA Housing is a well-established contract.

We oversee the maintenance of around 17,400 Properties, helping to maintain homes for a variety of people from all walks of life.

Working closely with our clients and their residents, our teams are responsible for delivering a high-quality maintenance service. Looking after PA Housing stock of affordable homes to continue to build communities.

You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
