This is a fantastic opportunity for a trainee Administrator to join our friendly Buying department based at our Head Office in Clay Cross, Chesterfield.
Salary - £20,600 per annum plus bonus
This will increase to £22,600 per annum as of April 2023
Type - Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The objective of this role is to provide effective administration support to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the department.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Working with a small team of administrators within the Buying Team to provide efficient, effective support to our network of regions and to our customers.
- Providing administration support and resolution to administrative queries to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Department.
- Effectively liaising with internal regions and external suppliers.
- Accurately maintaining a computerised system, internal records and filing systems.
- Dealing efficiently and effectively with incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries for the department and Head Office.
- Providing an excellent standard of customer care and service.
- Effectively communicating with customers and cooperating with other members of the team.
Key Requirements:
- Be articulate, possess excellent IT and communication skills and work well under pressure.
- Commitment to working as part of a team.
- Full training will be given but a proven background in Administration or Customer Service would be beneficial
