We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual with an eye for detail, the ability to think logically, ask questions and assist with a huge variety of administrative and payroll tasks.

Previous admin or customer service experiecne would be preferred although full training will be provided.

Main duties include:

  • Working in a small team environment to become jointly responsible for all administrative and payroll tasks required across two branches
  • Ensuring all referencing, RTW checks and documentation are in place before workers start assignments
  • Running regular internal audits on our current temps inline with company or client requirements
  • Learn to be responsible for accurate and timely payroll process on a weekly basis
  • Daily maintenance of internal and thirdparty systems, spreadsheets and filing
  • Answering incoming calls to the office, handling payroll queries or passing on calls to relevant consultants
  • Build relatipnships with a focus on customer service with all internal and external customers over the phone
  • Learn then work within company and employment legislation, data protection and control policies
  • Attend various company courses as well as complete personal development training to increase overall awareness and understanding of the role and our business
  • Strive to go the extra mile and be prepared to put in extra effort as needed to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm although flexibility may be required.
