We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support our clients Management team in achieving their business objectives and driving growth.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy, including social media, website management, brand development, and communications.
Your creativity and innovative ideas will be instrumental in attracting clients, expanding their reach, and increasing awareness of their brand.
Duties include:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and Google rankings.
- Design and produce compelling marketing collateral, including posters, mailers, and press releases.
- Conduct market research, surveys, and questionnaires to gain insights
- Lead adhoc projects and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Cultivate effective relationships with creative agencies and external partners.
- Monitor and optimize job advertisements and platforms for maximum ROI.
- Grow and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.
- Organise and attend networking events, exhibitions, and job fairs.
- Analyse marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Support branches with promotional activities and assist in creating marketing literature.
- Stay updated on marketing best practices and provide guidance to improve marketing efforts.
- Identify areas for improvement within the business and implement marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Offer solutions and deliver training to address the challenges faced by the internal teams.
- Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
