OA Central London are working with a growing childcare company in their search for an Office Manager & Administrator

SALARY:
£35,000 - £40,000

PLEASE NOTE:
An enhanced DBS check will be needed for this role.


DUTIES:


  • To be responsible for all administration duties applicable to all companies within the group
  • To ensure that the head office is open between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
  • To provide administration support assisting the Directors with sales, marketing and promotion/advertising, including maintaining records on enquiries, sending brochures, organising showround visits, and maintaining waiting lists
  • To provide Human Resources administration support
  • To provide Financial administration support
  • To ensure all documents, records and data maintained are clear, detailed, accurate, and up to date
  • To administer travel and hotel arrangements for Directors and staff members, where appropriate
  • To source new suppliers, manage stock control and ordering of supplies for head office, including stationery, office sundries, stamps, and bathroom and kitchen supplies
  • To ensure that the office space is well maintained, and that all office equipment is in working order at all times
  • To assist the Directors with the organisation of internal and external events
