Information Management Department are looking to recruit for the role of Disclosure Assistant. Please note, some positions will be fixed term initially. However, if successful, there may be a possibility to extend to a permanent position in the future.
We will also be recruiting for a select list for future positions that may become available. Full time and part time positions are available.

The Information Management Department contains a number of business units taking responsibility for the delivery of key services to the force and external parties.

Working as part of our team, you will support the services for the disclosure of information to external parties, dealing with incoming requests under various legislative provisions.

Using your keen eye for detail and excellent written communication skills, you will maintain records and statistics and respond to requests for information made to the Force.

This will include collating information from a variety of sources and systems, assessing its relevance and then presenting the relevant information in the required written format.

Communication is also key as you provide advice and guidance to members of the force and the general public.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
