Our client has created a new opportunity for a forward-thinking Office Team Administrator to join their exciting European Head office based in the Windsor area.


Duties to include:

  • Working closely with senior Managers to ensure smooth diary management, travel, expenses, etc.
  • Coordinate monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates (includes minutes).
  • General Administration support to the business.
  • Recruitment and onboarding support for HR.
  • Checking company expenses.
  • Reception cover when needed.
  • Assisting with all staff events.
