Our client has created a new opportunity for a forward-thinking Office Team Administrator to join their exciting European Head office based in the Windsor area.
Duties to include:
- Working closely with senior Managers to ensure smooth diary management, travel, expenses, etc.
- Coordinate monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates (includes minutes).
- General Administration support to the business.
- Recruitment and onboarding support for HR.
- Checking company expenses.
- Reception cover when needed.
- Assisting with all staff events.
