Description

We are looking for dedicated adult's home support workers, to be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to adults who have a diagnosed learning disability.

The aim being to ensure their physical, social and emotional well-being, and assist in their positive holistic development, we require passionate and driven people who want to make a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable adults, supporting them with independence, being able to follow their support plans and behaviour support plans consistently and being able to develop a strong bond and trusting relationship.

Flexibility is key as we are a busy home and run it to the needs of the residents, we are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year

£10.00-£11.00 per hour
