Description

Report directly to the Business Support Manager.

Greet clients/visitors and ensure company fire procedures are adhered to:

-
Assist Finance Manager with Credit Card reconciliation:

-
Assist the Fire Wardens in carrying out weekly fire checks:

-
Assist with coordination of meetings, events, and conferences held on site:

-
Prepare and send documentation for new hires
:

Maintain office facility registers and liaise with suppliers, become familiar with office supplies and check inventory on a weekly basis and purchase when required:

-
Maintain equipment register
:

Arrange annual PAT tests, insurance fire equipment renewals
:

Assist in updating and maintaining company Quality Management System:

-
Field and direct incoming calls via Teams:

-
Ensure CRM tool is maintained and kept up to date with appropriate customer records, contracts, and any other relevant data metrics:

-
Support Sales team on scheduling appointments (internal and external) and provide hands-on administrative support throughout the sales cycle:

-
Together with Sales team members, ensure all information is secured from customers to enable timely billing, with handover completed to Finance team

Previous experience in an administration role

Strong IT skills

Excellent customer services

Good organisational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work without direct supervision

Salary:

From £22,000.00 per year
