Business Lecturer

The Enterprise and Professional Service Industries Department is looking for a Business Lecturer with experience and passion to deliver the highest quality of education to our students.

You will be part of a committed, ambitious and enthusiastic team with a reputation for success.

As a college group we are excited to be offering T Levels in Management and Administration in addition to Business and Finance courses from Level 1 to 4.

The College's mission, to enable our students and apprentices, and our region's businesses to be successful in their future, achieving their highest aspirations and standards, through exemplary technical and professional education and training.

You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey industry standard information and ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner.

Your energy and motivation will come from actively engaging students in the learning process to aspire students to achieve.

Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer.

Fareham College will offer free in-house teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.
