ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Kaizen are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a Full Time basis.
This is an important, stand alone role in which you will set up and manage customer accounts and sales invoices, process supplier invoices and credits, raise supplier payments, statement reconciliations, process expenses and liaise with internal and external suppliers/customers.
You will also prepare monthly account reports and finance information for P&L on behalf of the Group Finance Manager.What are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with a minimum 3 years accounts and purchase / sales ledger experience with prior experience of managing ledgers and debtors.
What will the role involve?
The office is busy and no two days are the same.
This important role reports to the Chief Operating Office with an indirect reporting responsibility to the Group Finance Manager and you will prioritise your own workload.
Accounting day to day tasks include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Issuing client statements
- Purchase ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Sales ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Making debtor calls / Aged debt control
- Preparing monthly accounts for the Group Finance Manager and external accountants for P&L accounting
