Job description - Stock and Systems Controller.

Company:

Working 0600 to 1400 Monday to Friday, this is an exciting opportunity to join a closely knit team operating the internal logistics operations at a busy paper mill.

Responsible for first line supervision of staff and oversight of processes on a Recovered Paper Yard.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing yard stock levels using our customers in house, bespoke systems.
Daily administrative tasks including but not limited to; the preparation of PowerPoint packs for daily meetings, filing reports to the customer etc.
First line response for any issues with staff; return to works, incident reports, accident investigation etc.
First line communications with the customer, investigating and resolving any issues / complaints.

Key Skills:

Must be able to work as a key member of a team.
A high level of computer knowledge; including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
A high level of attention to detail.

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year
