We require a Careers and Aspirations Guidance Co-ordinator to work with young people to raise their aspirations, awareness and ambitions.

We want our students to have the ability to dream and set goals for the future while being inspired in the present to reach those dreams.

Post pandemic, this is more important than ever to combat the negative impact upon our families and children.

Rodillian Academy has always believed that all our young people deserve the best opportunities and experiences. We have an innovative curriculum designed to inspire and enrich our students, including Resilience, Aspire and Applied Resilience.

We are looking for a colleague who demonstrates high levels of resilience and emotional intelligence as well as a passion for changing the lives of young people.

As Careers and Aspirations Guidance Co-ordinator you will play a crucial role in helping our young people understand the range of opportunities that await them and will support them to be well positioned to realise their potential.

We believe that timely and appropriate advice and guidance is life changing whether that be to Year 7 students, Year 11 or our sixth form students.

The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust has a reputation for high expectations for all, an innovative curriculum and excellent staff/student relationships.

It is regarded as one of the most successful Trusts in the country and is recognised as an organisation that does things differently.

Our academies are a place where staff can develop their skills and find their own style and methods of teaching.

Colleagues learn and grow alongside our students and feel that they are making a real difference to the lives of those they teach.

We believe that traditional values of discipline and respect are sacrosanct.

We do not tolerate bullying, defiance or rudeness, and this has made for a harmonious and safe learning environment for our young people and a supportive environment for staff.

The Rodillian Academy is the flagship school of The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust. We are housed in a £27 million building with state of the art technologies across all departments.

This is a real opportunity for you to make your mark, and as a growing Multi Academy Trust with an excellent reputation and access to high-quality CPD for all, there are always opportunities for career development for ambitious and committed colleagues.

The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect all staff, volunteers, visitors and contractors to share this commitment.
