About the role
Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Bulk Coordinator to join our team to work in Stoneleigh, Coventry.
What you'll be doing
Plan and coordinate scheduling of all bulk material inbound deliveries in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the delivery teams programme requirements are met.
To act as the main point of contact regarding inhouse requirements and supplier capability for delivery.Ensure material requirements are monitored/adjusted in accordance with project demands.
Inform key personnel of any potential concerns in material supply.
Proactively identify potential risks to supply and implement mitigation.
Coordinate with the site & delivery teams on a weekly basis to ensure all requirements are met accordingly.
Monitor review and update plans on a regular basis, ensure changes are communicated in an effective manner.
Be process compliant using company standard systems, processes, and reports to resolve potential delivery hazards.
Be the primary interface, lead operational relationships with suppliers and co-ordinate all improvement activity associated with planning, control, inventory, delivery and lead time.
Who we're looking for
Experience in KPI and reporting.
Experience in construction logistics is essential.
