This is a remote
working position
and requires a SC clearance**, meaning 5 complete years residency in the UK up to present date


Who we are.


We are a team of service delivery supporters who are responsible for a number of UK contracts supported by Atos during the Out of Hours period.

We are responsible for Major Incident reporting for some of Atos' biggest clients 365 days a year


Your job in a nutshell:

Shift pattern 19:00-07:00 on a rotational basis (including weekends and bank holidays.)
Tasks - contact handling, first line triage, identification of Major Incidents and following call out procedures.
Supporting various UK customers who require coverage Out of Hours.


What will you be doing:


  • First line triage of incidents.
  • Identifying Major Incidents and following the appropriate Incident Management and call out procedures

Requirements:


  • Customer service skills.
Client BPSS, and SC (security clearance) required.
