Pay rate (Assignment rate): £35 - £55 per hour
Contract Length:3-Months

Shift Pattern:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 08:30 am 16:30 pm
Duties:
- Deliver advanced clinical practice, demonstrating high levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in the delivery of clinical care
- Provide advanced clinical skills in relation to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients within the GP surgery and providing specialist clinical advice where appropriate
- Provide daytoday clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team, participating fully in the delivery of healthcare provision in the primary care setting
Requirements of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner:
- Must have a degree/equivalent within Nursing (RGN qualified) and an active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Recent UK nursing experience
