MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Developing and responding to design briefs that suit the needs of the business and match with ACM's vision and mission in conjunction with the wider team ; creating a variety of static and motion based assets for a manner of digital and physical (print) media including (but not limited to) Posters, Flyers, Exhibition Stands, Web Banners, Brochures, Flyers, Videos and the such.
  • Working in accordance with Brand Guidelines, but also thinking creatively to produce and present new ideas and concepts, where they are needed.
  • Presenting finalised ideas based on interpretation of the brief given, liaising with colleagues to iteratively move an asset towards signoff.
  • Working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
  • Proofreading materials in order to produce accurate, highquality work and ensuring all details of that work are correct.
  • Producing clear, engaging designs that appeal to and are usable by a diverse audience.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the relevant schedule and deadline.
  • Ensuring the ACM brand is presented consistently and effectively across all channels.
  • Ensuring all projects and assets are carefully stored,organised and accessible on the team Google Drive.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential

  • A qualification in design or relevant professional experience.
  • Able to utilise the Adobe Creative Suite effectively to create highquality work.
  • A good level of other general IT skills.
  • A passion for highquality design.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required to understand business and
individual needs to deliver outstanding work in terms of creativity for the specified
audience.

  • Ability to manage own projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention for detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Experience in producing documents for a wide range ofprinted and digital collateral.
Desirable

  • Experience in creating motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
