Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and supporting the Nursery staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the supervision and care of children in the Nursery
Engage children in ageappropriate activities and play
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
Support the Nursery staff in implementing daily routines and schedules
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress
Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleanup
Help with diaper changing and toileting as needed
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to speak English fluently
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Strong drive and passion for working with children
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills when necessary
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay:
£24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
