• Ordering materials and stock as necessary
• Serving as the initial point of contact for employees who need to report a sick day, request leave of absence, or want assistance at work
• Collecting, examining, and managing payroll administration timesheets
• Obtaining and examining deliveries
• Recruiting, vetting, and educating fresh team members
• Directing the performance of their squad
• Ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and industry standards
• Ensuring that the workplace is secure for all employees.
• Utilising the Crew backgrounds and skills to develop their skills and prepare them for future management jobs.
