Description

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie working at an Independent School in Hatfield.
This is a prestigious school and their food is renowned for its quality. freshness and diversity, their modern servery and self-services systems allows for all tastes and appetites to be satisfied.

They host exciting themed days, private dinners, creative house suppers, Old Q reunions and other VIP events.

The role will include working out of the main school kitchen joining a team of 7 producing over 1000 high quality meals per day
- preparing and cooking fine dining meals

Having a keen eye for detail in both food preparation and service delivery is essential
Liaising with Catering Managers, External Clients, School Staff and Pupils
Must be adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Procedures

Details of the role

Working on a rota basis 2 weeks early shifts and 2 weeks late shifts
06:30 15:00 and 12:00 20:30
Working 1 weekend in
Paying £13.69 per hours £28,475.20 per annum
