Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement new strategies for improving customer service.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures for the team.
  • Monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
  • Work with senior management to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Lead team meetings and provide updates on progress.

Salary:
£23,543.00-£25,730.00 per year
