Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new strategies for improving customer service.
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures for the team.
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
- Work with senior management to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Lead team meetings and provide updates on progress.
Salary:
£23,543.00-£25,730.00 per year
