Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new strategies for improving customer service.
Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement new policies and procedures for the team.
Monitor the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
Work with senior management to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Lead team meetings and provide updates on progress.

Salary:
£23,543.00-£25,730.00 per year
