JOB TITLE:
Part Time Temporary Receptionist - Immediate Start


LOCATION:
Barnstaple, North Devon


HOURLY RATE:
£10.00 per hour, rising to £10.42 per hour in April


HOURS: 3 days a week (8am - 5pm)
WEEK 1: Thursday, Friday and Saturday /
WEEK 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Assisting with the hospitality of the customers
  • Helping with enquires
  • Filing and scanning
  • Other related administration duties

THE CANDIDATE:

This role requires an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills as you will be the first port of call for the telephone and in person, being the initial contact for company clients, dealing with theirqueries.
