A highly diverse role:

you'll support the Retail Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing for the company and it's growing portfolio of practices across the UK.

We're looking for someone organised, personable and proactive who is comfortable speaking with many different stakeholders at all levels. Someone who feels comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of marketing projects.

Implement group campaigns andlocal marketing that communicate OUR brand to new and existing clients, liaising with practice managers, external designers, art-workers, media agency and printers.

Monitor KPI performance and prepare analysis and content for weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing reports and presentations. Develop social plan content plans that support groups campaigns and local marketing, implement, and monitor responses.


Core competencies, skills, and attributes for this role:

  • Experience in a full mix marketing role (minimum 1 year)
  • Conversant with social media platforms (specifically Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Curious, creative and customer focused
  • Highly organised and fast paced
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Works on their own initiative
