Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

From £23,999.27 per year
