Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,999.27 per year
