  • Oversee a team of electrical/ mechanical engineers
  • Support the development of a comprehensive planned maintenance programme
  • Ensure reactive works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard
  • Monitor budgets and prepare reports for key stake holders
Fabric Manager

  • Hold responsibility for the maintenance/ upkeep of the fabric for all buildings within the Trust, ensuring a consistent delivery of works and maintenance
  • Provide advice on the sustainability of fabric and consult with the capital investments team, clinicians and project managers to ensure their materials and services are efficient
  • Promote and create new initiatives for effective management and strategies
  • Develop training and development programmes for engineers and supervisors
  • Prepare annual budgets and quotations for presentation

  • Deliver property maintenance services across the Trust and provide technical advice
  • Effectively supervise a team of operatives carrying out planned and reactive works
  • Regularly liaise with Managers, Clinicians and Project Managers

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across the Trust in a timely manner
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety policies and guidelines
  • Work respectively in live environments and liaise with clinicians where necessary
