E-commerce Coordinator - The Role:

The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the Director.

The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring website performance, managing inventory, processing orders, and managing timely delivery while ensuring customer service satisfaction.

They will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer retention and growth of the business.


Main responsibilities and duties:


  • Own the online store, approving frontend updates for product pages, landing pages, collection pages, SEO, site merchandising, crossselling, search, and filtering to optimise site experience and performance
  • Responsible for daytoday management of web development agency management, including new product uploads
  • Analysis and reporting to drive optimisation of website and other ecommerce tools
  • General adhoc to support the wider team, working closely with buying/merchandising
  • Developing the tone of voice and brand image across communications channels
  • Producing rich, engaging content across all channels
  • Update product listings on the ecommerce platform
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information, including sizes, lead times, and specifications
  • Regularly review and update product details to reflect inventory changes and new arrivals
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our pricing remains competitive
  • Implement pricing adjustments as necessary to maximise sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to strategise and execute pricing changes effectively
  • Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce performance and adjust google marketing as required
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns related to online purchases
  • Assist with general instore duties, providing support during busy periods
  • Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a cohesive customer experience across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate the processing of customer orders, including sending approved orders into production and ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage the endtoend supply chain process, from product sourcing to delivery, to optimise efficiency and minimise lead times
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless production and delivery processes
  • Support the design team by providing insights on customer preferences, popular trends, and market demands
  • Take an active role in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to enhance the brand's presence and revenue streams
  • Assume operational responsibilities for the showroom, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing customer experience
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall business operations
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements related to ecommerce and supply chain management

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to work alone and selfmotivated
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining highquality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to handle international and domestic shipping logistics
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue and expanding market reach
  • Experience in managing showroom operations, including inventory control and customer engagement
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problemsolving, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in ecommerce and retail
