Overview
An exciting opportunity has opened for a dynamic individual looking for a fast paced and varied marketing role.


Working closely with the co-founder of the business the marketing executive will be pivotal in executing promotions, and developing and implementing a coherent marketing strategy.


You will be responsible for helping to execute marketing promotions across a variety of marketing platforms including direct and social channels.


You will be at the forefront of revenue generation and play a key role in the continuing growth of the company.


You will be vital in growing a fast-growing international entrepreneurial personal brand and in addition be responsible for the management of a bespoke online membership site.

You will need to be highly driven, highly organised and keen to prove yourself in an entrepreneurial business. Previous experience in a digital marketing role is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and updating of our internal CRM system, including updating customer records.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with inhouse or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Managing the online membership platform, from updating information, managing user access, and liaising with developers for any updates/fixes within the platform
  • Utilising the current CRM system to manage customer subscriptions, creation of products and account management of the online membership platform
  • Ad hoc investigation into payments, refunds, subscriptions and customer queries for a membership platform
  • Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
  • Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
  • Manage and update the marketing calendar with campaign deadlines, to ensure the wider marketing team are kept informed.
  • Contact our business partners and trainers to book in regular promotions
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
  • Gathering keywords for blogs and uploading new blogs to the website.
  • Creation of social media plans for various social media platforms as well as the management of online communities.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective

Required Skills:


  • Solid understand of marketing concepts and principles
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Indepth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
