An amazing opportunity has come up for a person to join a thriving and exciting Global Creative Agency as an Account Manager in their Data and Insights team.

Our client are an international agency with team members based in over 50 countries - If you want to join a company and team where progression and growth are achievable, our client will help you to achieve your goals

The key purpose of the role will be to manage all assigned work both retained and ad hoc projects for client services teams clients coordinating both internally and externally.

You will also maintain a positive commercial relationship between us and our clientacross all avenues.

Being aware of our clients demands, objectives and priorities is crucial and ensuring that the wider team are also aware.


Key Responsibilities:
Business Management and Development

  • You will work with colleagues and your team to play a contributing role in supporting the growth of an account, annual budget forecasts and understand the clients business needs.
  • Managing and reviewing profitability of each job and ensure contributions are in line with expectations.


  • Managing retainer usage

  • Creating reports to review monthly and identify reasons if the usage is reaching its limit on a monthly basis.
Client Relationship Management

  • A clear understanding of how the client databases are constructed that you work on and how it drives the clients business decisions.
  • Attending client meetings and play a contributing part.
  • Translate technical client requirements into technical briefs for the IT developers.
  • Manage third party relationships.
  • Having high level of numeracy in order to understand analyses and project reports.
  • Be able to write clear and engaging presentations/proposals to present to clients and other senior parties.
  • Manage client relationships as a personable, approachable and professional individual.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external activity.
  • A solid understanding of CRM and how it fits into marketing.
  • Good understanding of the importance of data and the various sources available within marketing and how data can help to drive more insights/activity.
  • Awareness of the role of marketing technology in delivering client communications, marketing insight and management information.
  • Understanding the role of communication and data planning in shaping and directing brand and customer/consumer engagement.
  • Management of quotations, SLAs and contractual awareness.
  • Can successfully manage client work and projects, delivering on time and to budget.
  • Capable of clearly and accurately briefing client requirements.
  • Financial management including forecasting, reporting and maintaining all core documentation.
  • Great at problem solving.
  • Experience working with a Digital/Marketing agency.
  • Practical and handson experience of managing projects end to end.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience of working with clients in the delivery of Marketing, data and CRM projects.
