Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an integral role within our UK&I Internal Communications & Engagement Team. The
Deputy Head of Internal Communications role is pivotal to driving forward our key strategic priorities.
You will lead the strategic campaign and story-telling activity across the UK&I channel mix to ensure key messages are aligned to our UK&I goals.
Working closely with the Campaign & Media Manager and the Content & Channel Manager you'll drive understanding and engagement for all UK&I colleagues, consulting with key stakeholder groups to advise on the best communications approach.
You will also develop tailored communications to support our people leaders in the delivery of strategic messages through a bespoke channel mix.
You'll also take ownership for the development of a cross UK&I internal communications plan, in support of our change programmes.
As a leading member of these Project teams, you'll will provide strategic advice to the programme team and pro-actively lead the people change programme - ensuring there is one collective vision for our people strategy to gain competitive advantage through technology.
This is an exceptional role for a talented individual with an Internal Communications background to play a key part in our business transformationQualifications:
We're looking for someone with proven business partnering capability who demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and strong analytical skills
You'll exercise a natural curiosity and question the status quo to understand and also focus on the 'bigger picture'. Furthermore, you'll take separate projects and create a narrative that connects them.
To excel in this role, you'll have a strong planning, analytical and strategy formulation background, that supports the delivery of focused outcomes.
