The Role


Integration is critical for our client to continue in their growth by ensuring a seamless connection between sales channels (B2B & B2C) with distribution and supply chain network.

This role will be building on an exciting period of change and looking at future integration solutions, while maintaining important legacy integrations.


The role will form an integral part of the IT leadership team, taking responsibility for strategic direction across all aspects of technology integration including core ERP system, supply chain, distribution and 3PL facilities, customer service, wholesale ordering channels, e-commerce and retail systems globally.


The combination of strategic direction, architecture and technical expertise, adaptability, hands-on leadership and disciplined delivery will be critical success factors.

Alongside this, an ability to communicate to business management, lead the integration architectural decisions within the enterprise architecture and lead a multi-skilled team will all be crucial abilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and define the integration strategy and solution governance
  • Define the "tobe" integration architecture, which must be robust, scalable and adaptable
  • Meet with stakeholders, business users, other IT team members and 3rdparties such as vendors, systems integrators to identify business and technical requirements
  • Leads the approach, design, security, documentation, and implementation of endtoend integration solutions, considering business requirements, constraints, and ongoing supportability
  • Product Manager for Mulesoft and Integration platforms
  • Responsibility for the deliveries of the Integration team and external service providers and system integrators
  • Plan and manage the portfolio of integration projects and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and leadership to members of the integration team, and plan and manage their development, training and performance
  • Provide advice and guidance to IT team and associated stakeholders around integration solution decisions
