Key Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and social development.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Use creative and engaging approaches to support the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a SEN setting, is desirable.
A passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous.

To be considered for this position you will:

have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
Be a committed professional
Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person

- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;

Have the legal right to work in the UK.
