Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Use creative and engaging approaches to support the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in a SEN setting, is desirable.
- A passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous.
To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
