Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will deliver marketing and brand activity to build the brand increasing awareness, reputation and associations.

You will support the achievement of sales goals across all products and services and look at waysto enhance the customer experience by maintaining high brand standards, customer communication and community engagement.

This is an extremely varied role so no two days are the same and some of your key responsibilities will include:

Following the Marketing strategy, generate and create content for the marketing mix, focusing on Social Media platforms.
Hatching exciting new ideas for compelling content that garners attention and raises awareness of the brand, creates interest and engages both existing and new customers.
Taking an active role in recommending and acting upon opportunities to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion of enquiries
Maintaining the business websites and working with digital agencies to seek new ways to increase rankings, traffic and enquiries
Supporting the collection of customer insight to inform acquisition and retention strategies
Taking on new project challenges as the business evolves
Attending occasional tradeshows where required

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong grounding in marketing either at the Executive level already or an ambitious Assistant or Coordinator with at least 1 year's experience behind them.

Enthusiasm and a positive outlook will be crucial to ensure you thrive amid a fast-paced growing business so you will need to be a clear communicator, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept updated regularly and managing relationships will be key tothe success of this role.
