Senior Acquisitions Surveyor - Manchester

Qualifications:
It is anticipated that the successful Senior Acquisitions Surveyor will have demonstrable experience in the sector, with telecoms, renewables or industrial project experience, a relevant Surveying, Planning or Constructiondegree (or equivalent), RICS membership and a full UK drivers licence.
Duties:
- Undertaking site searches and checking the quality of searches produced by junior colleagues
- Reporting to clients using their online tools (databases)
- Finding, retrieving and interrogating information from client tools/ databases
- Reading Leases and Licences to ascertain and report their terms
- Keeping an up to date knowledge of relevant property law as it applies to Leases and Licences
- Attending site visits to find solutions or meet the clients representative
- Interpretating information from plans and leases
- Drafting documentation to send to Landowners and/or site providers
- Negotiating terms and acquire rights access to sites and leases for new sites
