Business Administration Apprenticeship Opportunity in London area
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a professional and busy recruitment office. You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and office support duties.


As an apprentice, your duties will include:

  • Upload attachments to Redbook/CRM, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Chase Consultants weekly for compliance document updates on Redbook/CRM.
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and assist with queries as needed.
  • Provide weekly issue updates to the Director.
  • Offer administrative support, including PowerPoint presentations and document preparation.
  • Provide timely management reports to Head Office.
  • Maintain company standards in correspondence, such as interview letters and contracts.
  • Prepare and send contracts via Adobe Sign.
  • Complete starter packs for new employees, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Format CVs to company standards.
  • Scan, copy, and file documents as required.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.


Salary:
£ £18000


Requirements:


  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer service orientation and problemsolving skills
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Salary:
£16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
