An interesting permanent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial coordinator to join an expanding, innovative organisation in the Beccles area.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday 8.30hrs-17.00hrs, on offer is a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000pa, depending on experience.

As a Commercial coordinator you would be required to complete the following duties.

Support the Sales Manager and Technical Manager by providing administrative support.
Liaising with key internal and external contacts.
Processing Purchase orders.
Create, manage, and maintain various key sales documents.
Coordinate project work and carry out research as and when required.
Provide ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the Sales Manager.
Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.
Experience in a client facing role.
Some sales skills/ experience
Possess exceptional communication skills and be numerate.
Previous experience working in Geophysical, Geotechnical, or Industrial setting.
An enthusiastic and dynamic selfstarter
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to display initiative and proactively take on projects.
Computer literate, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and excel.
Have experience of delivering unparalleled levels of customer service.
Have experience working in a dynamic environment.
