Our client based on Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade due to an expansion are currently looking for a Part time Sales Ledger Controller.
This is a great varied Accounts Assistant role; you will mainly be responsible for managing the sales ledger and other areas of finance to cover holidays.
Your job responsibilities:
- To ensure all sales invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner and posted on SAGE
- Liaise with Contact Managers to ensure billing is complete
- Checking correct VAT rates
- Setting up customer accounts
- Chases depts
- Allocate received cash
- Check receipts and petty cash
Your skills:
- 2 years proven experience in working within sales ledger / accounts
- Good knowledge of SAGE200
- Knowledge of CIS and reverse VAT
- Microsoft excel skill
