Our client based on Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade due to an expansion are currently looking for a Part time Sales Ledger Controller.


This is a great varied Accounts Assistant role; you will mainly be responsible for managing the sales ledger and other areas of finance to cover holidays.


Your job responsibilities:


  • To ensure all sales invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner and posted on SAGE
  • Liaise with Contact Managers to ensure billing is complete
  • Checking correct VAT rates
  • Setting up customer accounts
  • Chases depts
  • Allocate received cash
  • Check receipts and petty cash

Your skills:


  • 2 years proven experience in working within sales ledger / accounts
  • Good knowledge of SAGE200
  • Knowledge of CIS and reverse VAT
  • Microsoft excel skill
This role is offered on 25 hours per week.
