Are you an experienced 2nd line engineer looking to progress to a managerial role?

Or an established 1st line team leader, looking for that next step in your career?

This 2nd Line Support Team Lead role may present the opportunity you're looking for.


Working for a rapidly expanding IT service provider, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd line engineer or 1st/2nd line team lead to work their way up the career ladder.

The career progression won't stop there... you'll have the opportunity to step into 3rd line, Information Security or IT management.


Your new challenge


Working for a small, but growing team of five engineers, you'll be the go to person on your team, providing guidance and support as well as delegating to ensure that your team are supporting customers to the highest level.


You'll also get stuck in and help support the clients remotely - spending 80% of your time on BAU support as well as 20% on projects.


2nd Line Support Team Lead

WFH - 1 day/quarter in the office near Portsmouth, Hampshire

£28k - 34k basic

About you
You should be an experienced 2ndline engineer, or 1st line team leader with previous experience of working in an MSP environment and have experience supporting the following technologies:

  • Active Directory,
  • O365,
  • Windows Server,
  • VMware/Hyper-V,
  • Networking

Salary:
£28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
