We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, organised and confident people to join our award winning property management team in Canterbury.
As with our company ethos and core values the role will require you to offer faultless customer service, effectively communicate to our clients and be passionate, memorable and excellent.
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for organising all maintenance work for our managed property portfolio and ensuring works are completed correctly in a timely manner whilst updating all parties concerned.
You will also be ensuring the invoices are added to the software for payment and adding all safety certificates to the software and ensuring they are sent onto the relevant clientele.
You will be working for a professional, responsible, established privately owned company that encourages professional development, offers training and will encourage and support efforts to obtain industry related qualifications.
The hours will be;
Monday - Thursday: 8.45am - 5.30pm
Fridays: 8.45am - 5.00pm
