We are currently looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team in the Dining Room at Brooks's Club.
Brooks's is a prestigious Private Members' Club in St James's Street, London. It is one of the oldest and most exclusive Clubs in the world.

Salary:
£26,000 per annum

A share of a monthly service charge and Christmas bonus

Monday to Friday operation, 10.30pm - 3pm with half an hour break, and back at 6.45pm pm

The main duties of this role are as follows:

To clean and set up the dining and servery areas
To wash and polish glasses
To prepare the restaurant miseenplace for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
To deliver food from the kitchen to the Dining Room, and serve to Members and their Guests
To provide a 'Home from Home' feeling when greeting Members and Guests
To support the other members of the Dining Room team to ensure an efficient delivery of service for Members and their Guests
