Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join Kingdom Services Group, working at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12 and from home as required.
Salary:
£22, £25,000.00 per annum dependant on experience.
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09.00 am pm.
What the role is:
Provide close support and continuity to our Security Sales, Bid and Pricing Leads
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Experience- 1years+ sales administration experience is a distinct advantage
The successful applicant will be
- Passionate
- Experience in Sales, Bid Management & Pricing Bids using Microsoft Excel cost templates.
- Excel Wizard
- Outstanding command of written English. Able to craft compelling responses to client questions.
- Sales Support
- Able to respond to client requests for services in a fast, efficient and punctual manner Eye for detail.
- Have CRM system knowledge
- Organised, detailed, disciplined, can work under pressure and calmly with a cando attitude
- An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels
- Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What you will be doing
Examples shown are priority responsibilities but not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties:
- Answering inbound calls and providing call backs where necessary
- Dealing with queries understanding where contracts are up to, inputting data onto the system
- Prepare and distribute costings/recostings
- Update prices onto the inhouse system
- Investigate and resolve internal queries
- Support other departments when necessary
- Tender bid costings
- Annual reviews
- Liaise with other departments within the company
- Essential
- Must have experience of working in a busy commercialrole
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines under time constraints.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Strong communication skills and be able to take direction.
- Strong precision and accuracy skills in relation to data input.
