Azure Data Engineer

Fully Remote

6-Month Contract

Up to £600 per day

Inside IR35

The Company
A leading tech company is looking for an Azure Data Engineer to join for an exciting and new project. This client is a London-based company who provides rapid scaling tech to hyper-growth scale-ups and start-ups. This position has the chance to work acrossmultiple projects working on a range of solutions to complex problems.


Role and Responsibilities
The ideal Azure Data Engineer will be working as part of an agile team to deliver the project requirements.

  • Monitoring our cloud platform
  • Azure.
  • Ability to use Snowflake and various other tools such as Snowpipe.
  • Adept and capable at handling large volumes of data on an occasional basis.
  • Handson with writing highquality code.
  • Contribute to improvement of existing data pipelines while building new ones from scratch.
  • Interacting with our data storage systems.

Critical Skill Requirements
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will have the following:

  • Azure cloud expertise.
  • Snowflake.
  • DBT and SQL.
  • Python coding skills.
  • Knowledge of big data tools such as Kafka and Hadoop.
  • Experience taking ownership of teams.
