1. Understand customer needs thoroughly and provide tailored solutions and ongoing support.- Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for sales representatives.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels such as business directories, online searches, and digital platforms.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Receive and meticulously report on all sales leads to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
- Provide supervision and guidance to sales representatives and their assistants to maximize their effectiveness.
- Address potential customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring all follow-up questions are handled professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team during the sales closing process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to assess progress towards goals.
- Meet and exceed all sales quotas and objectives through proactive sales efforts.
- Support and assist sales representatives and the team in achieving and surpassing their sales targets.
- Review and update Health and Safety policies comprehensively to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance.
- Offer advice and collaborate with academic staff and students to complete necessary risk assessments effectively.
- Monitor adherence to Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations, fostering consistent communication with staff.
- Collaborate with the Estates Manager to address equipment, risk assessment, and other Health & Safety concerns within the school premises.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory obligations related to Health & Safety and workplace welfare.
- Coordinate the development of Health & Safety policies, systems, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Liaise with external agencies to guarantee compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Line Manager to discuss and address Health & Safety issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate routine reviews of Health & Safety protocols to uphold standards.
- Supervise and evaluate school safety personnel to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey important information clearly and concisely.
- Organize and maintain files and records meticulously in an orderly manner for easy access and reference.
- Assist in the development of the annual school safety budget to allocate resources appropriately.
- Attend meetings with the community, parents, staff, and administration as required to foster collaboration and address concerns effectively.
Salary:
£29,100.00-£32,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
