Mazak CNC Programmer/Setter, a permanent career opportunity for an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer who has been working in a high-end manufacturing sector for the last 3-5 years.

Our client, based in Swindon has both rotating AM/PM shifts plus permanentnight shift vacancies available, offering salaries of circa £34,000 (Inc shifts) plus overtime and some impressive employee benefits, including end of year bonus, 25 days holiday, company pension scheme and social activities.


Working in the manufacturing sector requires skill, precision, and a genuine interest in all things 'tooling and design', therefore your proven skills gained in Mazak or/and FANUC will be much appreciated, developed and utilised throughout your career journey.

As a Mazak CNC Programmer, you will demonstrate a robust understanding of CNC Machining, working with a range of tools, verniers, jigs, gauges, micrometres and 4/5 axis machinery.

No one day is the same and client orders are specific, bespoke, thereforeseeking only the very best machinists when designing, programming, running, and managing such high-value machinery.


The ability to work with defined engineering drawings, able to program, set and run machinery, whilst identifying potential faults and quality flaws is key to the operation and you will need a great eye for detail.
