    Description:


Providing day-to-day management of a team of Senior Infrastructure Engineers, including PDRs, regular one-to-ones, and deputising for the Infrastructure Manager as required, you will take a lead role in the design, development, and implementation of upgrades to the infrastructure, mentor colleagues in the team to troubleshoot and secure the campus environment, and be responsible for the allocation of work, coaching, and skills development.


Qualifications:


  • Microsoft / VMWare qualified, or equivalent experience

Experience, skills, and knowledge:

Previous experience of leading a technical team.

Extensive experience in managing servers and storage with excellent Windows, Azure, Office 365, and VMWare is essential. Applicants with significant MIM and VM Ware Horizon deployment will be at a significant advantage.
