Description

Invision Recruitment are currently representing a £800 million turnover company, who are seeking to recruit a payroll professional to be based within their Head Office in the Cheshunt area of Hertfordshire.

The Position:_


- 1 Year fixed term contract.

  • Full time 5 days per week head office based.
-
Duties & Responsibilities:_

  • Play a pivotal part in the daytoday payroll processes to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
  • Offer critical assistance in the processing of the payroll for 600 employees, ensuring all relevant deductions are made inline with HMRC regulations.
  • Provide crucial insight into relevant NI, PAYE and HMRC policies by communicating with a variety of internal stakeholders to answer payroll related queries.
  • Maintain effective internal communication by working closely with the pensions team to ensure exact deductions are made in a timely manner.
  • Assist in reconciling the payroll weekly and monthly, providing essential evidence during this process.
  • Timely and accurate data entry and or processing.
  • Identifying and researching and escalating issues.
  • Compliance with pension regulations and complete autoenrolment pension obligations
  • Ability to process all payroll functions (starters, leavers, deductions, pensions, holiday calculations etc).
  • Keep information and systems update in an accurate manner.

Experience:_

  • MHR ITrent Experience is very desirable for this position.
  • 5 Years Experience within a Payroll position or of similar capacity.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of processing payrolls of varying sizes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Effective communicator.
